Now live at Bengaluru Airport Duty Free with a leading global travel-retail operator.

Travel Retail OS

The operating system for airport and travel retail

Four modules, one system. Built for concessionaires who have a number to hit and a lease that depends on it.

You're measured against a number you committed to a year ago

Airport concessions run on minimum annual guarantees. You commit to a revenue threshold, and if you miss it, you pay the shortfall regardless of what you actually sold.

Yet most retail systems tell you what happened last month. By the time the report lands, the month is gone. Your floor team is selling without knowing whether today matters more than yesterday, and your pricing is set without knowing what the operator two gates down is charging.

The Travel Retail OS is built around the number you're accountable for.

How we compare

Against enterprise retail suites. Systems like LS Retail are capable and expensive, built before AI-native forecasting was possible, and sold on multi-year implementations. We deploy in days and are built around forecasting from the start.

Against horizontal business suites. Zoho, Tally and general POS platforms serve every business, which means they serve none of yours specifically. None of them know what a minimum annual guarantee is. That concept is the centre of our product.

Against doing nothing. Most concessionaires run on spreadsheets against monthly reports. It works until the year-end shortfall arrives.

Running in a live airport environment

The Travel Retail OS is deployed with a leading global travel-retail operator at Bengaluru Airport. Under NDA we can't name them — but we can walk you through the deployment in a call.

Live in days

Typical setup is two to five days from agreement to a working environment. No multi-quarter implementation programme.

Built by a certified organisation

aiPopuli holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our certified scope covers our software services organisation; we're extending the information-security scope to platform operations, and we're happy to walk your security team through exactly where we are.

LivPOS — revenue against target, live. Tracks actual revenue against your committed target, projects where you'll land, and translates the gap into what your floor team should sell today.

POS — the transaction layer. Sales across terminals and outlets, in one system. Every transaction feeds the intelligence above it.

SkyMargin — competitive pricing intelligence. Benchmarks your prices against competitors across airports, so you price with evidence instead of instinct. Built, in production, with paying customers.

Go4Campaign — promotions and prize draws. Run promotions and draws that move footfall and basket size. Proven with a leading travel-retail operator.

Questions we hear first

What is a minimum annual guarantee?

A contractual commitment to a minimum revenue or rent figure agreed with the airport operator. If actual sales fall short, the concessionaire covers the difference — so tracking against it through the year is a financial control, not a reporting nicety.

Do we have to replace our existing POS?

No. LivPOS can work above an existing transaction system. Replacing the POS layer is an option, not a requirement.

How long does deployment take?

Typically two to five days for a working environment. Full rollout across multiple outlets depends on scale.

Which airports do you operate in?

We're deployed at Bengaluru Airport with a global travel-retail operator. We're expanding to further airport and travel-retail operators.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Most operators start with LivPOS because it delivers value without changing anything on the floor.
