How we start

How it runs
Week 0 — scoping call. We map the process and agree the success measure. Free.
Week 1 — build. We integrate with your systems and build the automation.
Week 2 — production and handover. It goes live, your team is trained, you own it.
Hourly billing means you carry the risk of our learning curve. Fixed scope means we carry it. You know the cost before we start, and we're motivated to be efficient rather than thorough-looking. Price bands are shared on the scoping call.

What if our process is too complex for two weeks?
Then we'll say so in the scoping call and propose a phased approach. Some processes are genuinely a two-month build; we'd rather tell you upfront than discover it in week three.
Do we need clean data?
Rarely does anyone have it. Part of the work is handling the mess that exists.
Which AI models do you use?
Whatever fits the problem, your budget and your data-residency requirements. Sometimes the right answer isn't a large language model at all.
What happens after handover?
You own it. We offer optional support, but you're not locked in.
