The problem
Airport duty-free runs under minimum annual guarantee commitments, on thin margins, with pricing set against competitors the operator can't easily see. Standard retail software reports the past; it doesn't help hit a committed number.
What we built
A retail operations platform around the Travel Retail OS — live MAG tracking, transaction intelligence, competitive pricing and promotions. On a call we walk through precisely which modules are in production versus still rolling out.
The outcome
The system is running in a live airport environment with a global operator. Measurable results are discussed privately, with permission.
