At aiPopuli Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality software and digital services. However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the service has been initiated or delivered, except under specific and verifiable conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch.
  • The service was not initiated and no resources were allocated.
  • A cancellation request was received in writing within 24 hours of placing the order, and no work had begun.

Note: All refund claims are subject to verification and approval by our Accounts & Legal team.

3. Non-refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Work has already commenced or has been partially/fully delivered.
  • The client has been unresponsive or failed to provide necessary inputs.
  • The dissatisfaction is based on subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind, personal preferences).
  • Third-party delays or issues (e.g., hosting, domain, API limitations) affect delivery.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempt to raise false disputes or chargebacks after services are rendered will be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to:

  • Report such cases to payment gateways.
  • Blacklist such clients from future services.
  • Pursue legal action for loss of revenue and reputation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund (if eligible), please email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your project ID and payment receipt.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting documents/screenshots.

Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
